Require PHP Trainer

I am looking to improve my skills in PHP and looking to hire a Trainer who has in-depth knowledge in the area. I am looking for a tutor who is available withing 2km from my location. The tutor must update me with all the necessary changes in the PHP. I prefer classes to be taken during the day.
