Immediately Looking for Spoken English Teacher at Home

I am interested in learning a new language and looking for a Spoken English Teacher near Bihar Sharif, Bihar Sharif. The teacher should be able to travel to our location to teach. Would prefer a Spoken English Teacher who has certification in Spoken English. Spoken English Teacher should be availble during weekdays and weekends.
