Require Spoken English Teacher

I am looking for a Spoken English Teacher who can help me clear Spoken English certification test near Ikkadu, Tiruvallur. I can travel within 2km for the class. Would prefer a Spoken English Teacher who has certification in Spoken English. I prefer classes to be taken during the day.
