Spoken English Classes - Rourkela: Group or Private

Improving my skills in this subject has become important because I need to communicate more effectively. I am looking for Spoken English classes in Rourkela. I am interested in learning Basic Spoken English, improving my Vocabulary, and mastering English Grammar. I am willing to travel for classes and would prefer Group Classes or One on one/ Private Tutions. Ideally, the instruction would be from Hindi to English. I plan to start these classes Immediately.
