Urgently Need Spoken English Teacher

I am interested in learning a new language and looking for a Spoken English Teacher near Bangchatra, Cooch Behar. I want the teacher to visit our location and teach. Would prefer a Spoken English Teacher who has certification in Spoken English. Spoken English Teacher should be availble during weekdays and weekends.
